Unsatisfied, Damaged, Broken -Lighting Designer
(SCAD, 2018)
"Unsatisfied, Damaged, Broken" was a student thesis performance piece written and directed by A'ndrea J. Wilson. In the play, 3 women, Unsatisfied, Damaged, and Broken, deal with the gloom of working Customer Service while trying to cope with their past and present relationships and how they define themselves as women. The show was performed at the SCAD Student Center and utilized only 4 lighting instruments to create the setting and mood of each scene.
Phantasmagoria -Lighting Designer/Scenic Designer
(Central Michigan University, 2016)
Phantasmagoria is defined as "a collection of dream-like sequences." This conceptual dance show took this meaning literally, as each dance performed in the show was based off of common dreams and nightmares that people regularly experience. The results were breathtaking. As the lighting designer, I worked hard to ensure that my color palettes and angles kept the audience in an entranced, ethereal state, while still accentuating the dance themes and movement.

Humanity -Lighting Designer
(Central Michigan University, 2015)
"Humanity" is an original piece of dance theater created by Tyler Lynn Bradley. At it's heart, the show explores several different social issues including suicide, sexism, racism, addiction, biases, human rights, and disability awareness and showcases the love and compassion that the world needs to solve these problems. The show has since evolved from a university performance into a touring dance production. I have served as the lighting designer and lighting advisor since the beginning of the run.
